We'll meet in the JCC kitchen for a cooking party with the owners of the Bywater pizza spot, "Pizza Delicious," as we whip up some delicious pizza sauce to dress up your matzah pizza this Passover. As we cook we will talk about how they founded their business and the challenges they've faced trying to be ethical small business owners. Come mangia with the mozzarella mensches!
