Growing older is an inevitable dimension of human existence. But aging wisely is optional. It is an intentional journey one undertakes requiring consciousness and commitment. The “Sage-ing” movement has helped us discover a vision for aging with dignity, compassion, and wisdom. It is based on the groundbreaking book “From Aging to Sage-ing,” by Rabbi Zalman Schachter Shalomi. This session will offer an overview of some of the tools available for discovering insight and satisfaction within the changes that aging brings.
